2. Counter-Notification

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or in Texas if you live outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order.
3. Repeat Infringers
