Full DMCA Takedown Policy

RecentlyBusted respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below to handle claims of copyright infringement on https://recentlybusted.com (the “Site”).


1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter-Notification. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or in Texas if you live outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order.


3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, RecentlyBusted may terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
